Today we interviewed Valerio Crisostomi . Who attended the 34th edition of our Master in Human Resources. Administration and Management.
What are the reasons that made you choose our Master?
I chose the GEMA Master after careful evaluation and comparison with other b2b email list Masters on the Italian scene because, also following the interviews held during the selection phase, I immediately had the impression of seriousness and professionalism. This impression was reinforced by the ASFOR accreditation, a certification not easy to obtain and which guarantees quality.
From the first lessons, impressions turned into awareness, which helped me to undertake this path even more stimulated.
How was your experience with the Master, and in particular which modules/courses proved to be particularly useful for your professional path?
The Master’s experience was truly fantastic for me. It represented a starting point at a time when I had many questions and it helped me find what I imagine to be my path in the working world. From the beginning I was enthusiastic both by the competence of the teachers and by the learning approach they used: a continuous alternation of theoretical notions and case studies/project work that helped to fossilize the concepts also supported by the very rich and significant experience of the teachers. It may seem trivial so with this type of hosting but each single module left me with something useful for my professional path, but if I really had to choose one I would definitely opt for the training module with Marco Autorino. In the work I do daily I often find many concepts that he focused on in the classroom.
In which company are you working now, and in what role. What do you do specifically, and what are your future prospects/goals for realizing your career path?
I am currently working in Trelleborg Wheel Systems . A division of the Trelleborg group, a Swedish multinational with 23,000 employees worldwide. My role is HR Generalist within the company’s Headquarters: in my role I have to deal, hand in hand with the HR Manager and the HR Vice President, with all the issues concerning Human Resources at a global level. Starting from recruiting, performance evaluation, talent management, change management, internal communication, employer branding, compensation & benefits, training etc.
Fortunately, in my position I have the opportunity to work on different aspects every day and learn a lot quickly.
I am even more fortunate because the company considers me a High Potential and therefore enrolled me in the Trelleborg Graduate Program , an annual course for 15 employees from all over the world who have joined the cmo email list company in the last 3 years, recognized as high potentials, aimed at providing general training on business, finance and leadership topics for those who the company believes could be managers in the near future.
