Online crisis communication becomes emotion management

Is there still a difference in 2014 between regular, daily (online) communication and crisis communication? Crisis communication is all about spe, but response spe is always ‘angesagt’ for organizations these days. That’s why I’m inclin to say no.

What is a crisis in 2014?

Since the advent of social mia, we expect to be inform or at least heard almost immiately . This is  telegram number list no different in a crisis (but then necessary). If we complain about bad service or other inconveniences on Twitter, we expect or even demand a response.

But what is a crisis anymore? Nowadays, a relatively minor incident is immiately labell the company offers commissions on  a crisis. Of course, not all crises are the sam

In the event of natural disasters and large-scale accidents, crisis communication mainly consists of quickly and correctly informing/activating local residents and stakeholders, while in human affairs such as politics or administration, the crisis mainly revolves around managing emotions.
