  • The Federal Brevet and the Federal Diploma are federal examinations that allow you to specialize in a profession. To obtain this diploma, you must first have a Federal Certificate of Capacity and have worked for several years in a company.
  • The MAS, CAS and DAS are continuing education qualifications from higher education institutions and allow you to obtain a university qualification.

Focus: What are ECTS credits used for?

The CAS, MAS, and DAS are part of continuing education and are recogniz by universities that have adher to the Bologna system. This European standard allows for the awarding (and accumulation!) of ECTS credits and facilitates recognition from one country to another.

These ECTS credits are award when the participant meets the course usa b2b list validation requirements. Here is how they work universally:

  • 1 ECTS credit = between 25 and 30 hours of work
  • 60 ECTS credits = one year of study, approximately 1800 hours of training
